Dear Families of Orange County Children’s Theatre,
On behalf of the children who have crossed our stage and who continue to grace it, I would like to thank you for supporting OCCT and keeping us strong through 40 years of musical theater. We are proud to continually bring the best of children’s theater to the stage for all to enjoy.
OCCT’s success and survival is a testament to the talent we have nurtured, the unequivocal dedication of our families and volunteers and the creative energies of our Board. This dedication, coupled with the support of our members and the community at large, have allowed us to keep our doors open and our program expanding. We are very proud of the children who have passed through our theatre – many of whom have returned in recent years to direct and lead the younger actors and actresses within our cast and others that have moved to careers in professional theater.
Please join us in giving to Orange County Children’s Theatre’s “Sing Out, Sing Strong” fundraiser. Your generous donation, of any amount, will directly support and benefit the 5 to18 year-old actors and actresses in our program who learn theater skills, gain confidence and build teamwork through the process of bringing a musical to the stage. We are in desperate need of new microphones - some of which are well beyond repair and outdated. With your generous support, we can guarantee that the talented voices of our kids will continue to sing out loud and strong for 40 years to come. Please help us continue to keep Orange County Children’s Theatre the longest running and LOUDEST children’s theater in Orange County.
All donations to Orange County Children’s Theatre are fully tax-deductible. Please use the tax I.D. number at the bottom of this letter for your records. Donations may be made through the “Support Us” link on our website at www.occt.org or by mail at our address below. As a token of our appreciation of our supporters, all donors over fifty dollars ($50) will be recognized in our summer show program of Beauty and the Beast Jr., and donors of $250 or more will be recognized with their names engraved on an Honorary Donors plaque which will be placed prominently in the lobby of our rehearsal hall, the OCCT Annex.
