The OCCT Family deeply misses Aly. She performed with us for several years, and her parents were highly involved in this organization and our board. First and foremost, the West family appreciates all your prayers as they approach one year without their incredible daughter. OCCT has coordinated with Aly’s parents to rename our scholarship fund, The Aly West Memorial Scholarship. Through an application process, funds can be made available for youth to receive financial assistance to join our programs.
